Remarkably is a multifamily real estate marketing data, analytics, and insights company. With accurate and actionable property and portfolio intelligence, it helps busy multifamily marketing professionals understand present and forecasted marketing and leasing funnel performance.

Remarkably's multifamily and apartment business intelligence software combines Property Management Software, CRM, Google Analytics, and marketing expense data into a comprehensive, timely, and actionable view of channel performance. In 2020, the Digihey software engineering team started working on their products and was involved in every feature on the platform.

The Challenge

Multifamily marketing has become key to portfolio performance, yet it lacks the tools other institutional functions enjoy.Property owners and managers need a better way to manage and optimize their assets, but until now there were no solutions in the market that weren't human-driven, manual, and often error-prone. To help their busy property marketing experts figure out where to spend their marketing dollars and ultimately lease their buildings to capacity, remarkable wanted to build a cloud-based business intelligence system that analyzes data from both internal and external sources.

The Solution

Remarkably built the first multifamily marketing operations and marketing intelligence platform. With Interactive Dashboards, Narrative Insights powered by AI, Cost per Lead and Lease Analysis, Machine Learning Forecasts, Alerting functionality, and Dynamic Funnel Targeting, apartment rental building owners, managers, investors, and developers can maximize their marketing efforts. Every segment of the platform was developed by our international team of Python and Javascript software engineers. Complex integrations with big services like Yardi or Voyager were made. Scalability and machine learning features were implemented through various AWS cloud solutions. The tech is infused with machine learning and automation that can provide more robust marketing-related recommendations.
